The co-branded credit card (“CryxCard”) is offered by Muddam Brothers Inc., a financial technology company .Muddam Brothers Inc. is not a bank but works in partnership with financial institutions to provide this credit card.

1. Credit Card Issuance and Use

1.1 Eligibility and Approval:

• Individual credit limits vary by applicant and are subject to credit approval and underwriting by the issuing bank.
• You can check for pre-approval with no impact to your credit score. Your credit score will only be affected if you accept the card offer.

1.2 Authorized Users:

• Authorized users may receive a plastic card at no additional cost.

1.3 Responsible Use:

• You agree to use the card responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and the terms set forth by Muddam Brothers Inc. and the issuing bank.

2. Cashback and Rewards Program

2.1 Earning Cashback:

• Earn 2% cashback points on eligible purchases. Certain transactions, including cash advances and balance transfers, may not qualify.

2.2 Dynamic Rewards:

• The value of cashback points may fluctuate based on external factors ( Bitcoin price trends).

2.3 Redemption:

• Cashback points are redeemable through the cardholder portal for eligible purchases or account credits.
• Rewards program terms are subject to change.

2.4 Exclusions:

• Some limitations or conditions may apply. Full details are available in the Rewards Program Terms.

3. Fees and Subscriptions

3.1 Annual Fee:

• CryxCard has zero subscription fee  

3.2 Transaction Fees:

• Foreign transaction fees and other applicable charges are outlined in the Rates and Fees Schedule.

4. Privacy and Data Sharing

4.1 Personal Information:

• Information collected during the application process and card use is shared with the issuing bank and third-party partners for underwriting, compliance, and servicing purposes.

4.2 Compliance:

• Your data is protected in accordance with the Muddam Brothers Inc. Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws.

5. Changes to Terms

• Muddam Brothers Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms. Any updates will be communicated to cardholders in advance. Continued use of the card signifies acceptance of the new terms.
